✔ Use Clean, Dry Hands – Avoid introducing water or bacteria by using clean hands or a spatula to scoop out the product.
✔ Tightly Seal the Jar – Always close the lid securely to prevent oxidation and contamination.

Maximizing Shelf Life

✔ Avoid Direct Sunlight – Exposure to sunlight can cause tallow to break down and spoil faster.
