Having Trouble at Checkout?

If our website says we don’t ship to your location, it may be an error on our end. Please reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to look into it for you! Who knows, there may be a small discount in it for you if there is a mistake.

Do you offer local pick-up or delivery?

We offer local delivery in Central Alabama, to the following locations:

📦 Pickup Options:
If you live outside our delivery area, you can arrange a pickup at a convenient time—any day of the week! Just contact us to schedule.

How do you ship my beef?

We take great care to ensure your beef arrives frozen, fresh, and ready to enjoy. Our shipping process is designed to maintain the highest quality from our ranch to your doorstep.

Your beef is carefully packed in insulated boxes with dry ice, keeping it at the optimal temperature during transit. This ensures that your order arrives fully frozen and in peak condition.

🚚 Fast & Reliable Delivery
We partner with trusted shipping carriers to deliver your order within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

How will I know when my order ships?

We primarily ship orders on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to ensure your beef arrives within 1–3 business days at peak freshness.

You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM (CST) on Tuesday will be shipped the following Tuesday to prevent delays and guarantee quality upon arrival.

What should I expect upon arrival?

Your beef should arrive frozen or very cold to the touch.

If any dry ice remains, handle it with care and allow it to dissipate in a well-ventilated area.

Simply transfer your beef to the freezer or let it thaw in the refrigerator if you’re ready to cook.

What if my box arrives without any dry ice?

If your meat arrives frozen, partially frozen, or thawed but still cold to the touch, it is safe to enjoy.

If you’re uncertain about the temperature or quality of your order, feel free to reach out to us at help.sagebrushfarms@gmail.com. We’re committed to making sure you receive safe, high-quality beef every time!

What should I do if my order isn’t frozen upon arrival?

If your beef is still cold to the touch (below 40°F), it is safe to refreeze or refrigerate.

However, if the meat is warm to the touch, please contact us at help.sagebrushfarms@gmail.com so we can assist you.
